Proscrew v Concrete

Savings of 50 – 60% compared to concrete are typical when labour costs, skip costs and general preparation are compared to the few hours a typical Proscrew installation takes. This linked with the speed at which the building can get started shows even more significant savings on the overall project. And these savings are available all year round, no Winter downtime.

Ease Of Access

A huge benefit over concrete is the ease of access for Proscrew installations and the cleanliness of the process. As long as we can get through a standard door we can install our screws. Having our own generators means that almost any location can be made accessible and installable. Link thsi with no soil away or skips and the ease of access is a huge benefit to our customers.

Adaptors

We have a range of standard adaptors in stock with the option of bespoke attachments being able to be produced. The standard adaptor range covers fencing, decking, poles, SIPS panels and a totally flexible floating plate.

Installation Time

Allowing for time to unload and load equipment and depending on ground conditions, a typical 20 screw installation should take around 3 hours.

Skip Hire

No need for skip hire with its extra costs and inconvenience. And as we create no spoil you will hardly notice we have been, except for beautifully installed, laser levelled ground screws.

Existing Concrete Slab

An existing slab or tarmac area is no problem subject to initial survey to determine thickness. We can simply core drill a suitably sized hole a neatly fit the screw through it. Neat, clean, tidy.
